  • Antenna Training and Measuring System

    The complete Antenna Training and Measuring System includes a set of 1 GHz antennas, a set of 10 GHz antennas, an RF Generator, a receiving system, and the Data Acquisition and Management Software for Antennas (LVDAM-ANT), a user-friendly software operating under the Microsoft® Windows™ environment. The receiving system consists of a rotating Antenna Positioner linked to a Data Acquisition Interface connected to the USB port of a personal computer.

  • Cell Stand

    The CS-3A Cell Stand is adopted with CHI series Electrochemical Analyzers and other apparatus directly. The cell is enclosed in a Faraday cage to reduce electrical interference. A built-in gas control allows purging a sample. Gas line is provided to purge next sample, while analyzing the present sample separately, thus increasing productivity. Magnetic stirrer allows for controlling the mixing of the sample for experiments requiring mass transport of electrolyte or analyte to the electrode surface. Cell top positioner with detachable cell cap allows easy removal and replacement of the cell vial as well as the electrodes for rinsing, cleaning, and replacement.

  • Antenna Test Chamber for Automotive Radar

    The R&S®ATS1500C radar test chamber is a compact antenna test range (CATR), consisting of a gold-plated parabolic reflector and a two-axis positioner for 3D movements of the radar module. Combined with the R&S®AREG800A target simulator and other Rohde & Schwarz test and measuring instruments, it can be used for a variety of applications, including antenna characterization, module calibration, RF performance validation, interference testing or in-band compliance testing. The chamber is equipped with a universal feed antenna which gives access to both polarizations in parallel. Automated temperature testing over the range of -40 to 85°C is possible with an optional enclosure.

    Conducting all the parametric measurements necessary for the numerous test structures on a semiconductor wafer can be a time-consuming and expensive process. With the cost of end-user devices continuing to drop, even laboratory characterization environments must reduce the cost of test.  Until now engineers and scientists working on current and future semiconductor process technologies were faced with a difficult choice: either use a semiconductor parameter analyzer with positioners on a wafer prober, which limits the ability to perform automated test, or use a switching matrix and probe card, which reduced the analyzer's measurement resolution.  Utilizing a switching matrix with a semi-automatic or fully-automatic wafer prober enables characterization tests to be automated, eliminating the need to have an operator manually reposition the probes each time a new module needs to be tested.  This reduces both test time and cost.  Due to the many price/performance points available, Keysight's switching matrix solutions provide the flexibility to choose exactly what your testing needs require, without overspending.
