Electrical High Speed Digitizer
M8296A
The Keysight M8296A is a four-channel, high-speed electrical digitizer module for the AXIe platform. It can synchronously sample up to four incident waveforms and is ideally suited to digitize the output signals from a dual-polarization coherent receiver. Keysight's vector signal analyzer and optical modulation analyzer software serves as the M8296A's user interface and enables a multitude of test and measurement tasks such as spectral analysis and digital demodulation for the analysis of signal quality metrics like error-vector magnitude. Furthermore, the sampled waveform can be stored and processed with the user's own tools (e.g. using Matlab). The modular approach allows users to combine the M8296A high-speed digitizer with other modules in one mainframe such as the M8292A modular optical modulation analyzer and the M8196A 92 GSa/s arbitrary waveform generator.

The W6601A is the smallest BGA interposer for LPDDR4 200-ball DRAM capable of capturing simultaneous read and write traffic at data rates in excess of 3.2 Gb/s. U4208A and U4209A probe/cables connect W6601A LPDDR4 BGA interposer directly into the U4164A logic analyzer module from 61-pin high density zero insertion force (ZIF) connectors that attach to the W6601A BGA interposer wings. U4206A
The U4206A is a direct-connect probe/cable with a standard soft touch pro connector at one end that routes to four 160-pin connectors that plug into the front panel connectors of a U4164A logic analyzer module. The U4206A is designed to be used with either the quad state mode or ¼ channel 10 GHz timing mode of the U4164A logic analyzer module. For use in quad state mode only, the U4206A includes two flying leads to connect additional clock qualifier signals into the clock inputs on Pods 3 and 7. Please refer to the U4164A installation guide for specific details on the operation of the U4164A quad sample state or ¼ channel 10 GHz timing modes of operation.
