  • Acoustic Microscope

    GEN6 - Sonoscan Inc.

The Gen6 C-Mode Scanning Acoustic Microscope is the newest generation of Acoustic Micro Imaging (AMI) instruments and has the most comprehensive range of analytical capabilities, accuracy and resolution. As the follow on product to the firmly established and well known Gen5, the Gen6 has many new analysis capabilities features as well as the new, intuitive, easy-to-use Sonolytics operating platform.

  • Acoustic Microscope

    D9600 - Sonoscan Inc.

Specifically designed to serve as a general purpose tool for failure analysis, process development, material characterization and low volume production inspection, the capabilities of the D9600 are truly unmatched.

  • Ultraschallmikroskop And Scanning Acoustic Microscopes

    Microtronic GmbH

mage quality. Speed. Uptime. They’re all crucial. Getting all three at the same time in a nondestructive testing (NDT) solution for package inspection is the challenge. It takes continuous innovation, advancing the state of the art to keep pace with the semiconductor industry’s own exponential progress.Sonix has been the innovation leader since 1986. Today, the ECHO line of scanning acoustic microscopes sets the standard for package inspection speed and image quality, to help you keep pace with new packaging materials and difficult form factors. The ECHO platform will remain at the forefront as we continue to add features and enhance performance for years to come.

  • coustic Microscope

    FastLine™ P300 - Sonoscan Inc.

The FastLine P300 Acoustic Microscope is specifically designed for accelerated throughput, semiautomated screening of microelectronic devices on the manufacturing floor. With an integrated design to minimize footprint, the FastLine is the newest and most efficient platform C-SAM Acoustic Microscope.

  • SAM Line

    PVA TePla Analytical Systems GmbH

The SAM Line offers easy-to-use scanning acoustic microscopes for process control and quality assurance as well as for research applications. The individual models are derived from a component platform that complies with industry standards and incorporates cutting-edge production and manufacturing technologies. Thanks to their new high-frequency and transducer technology, our acoustic microscopes enable detailed acoustic analysis in the ultrasound range up to 400 MHz.

  • SAM Auto Line

    PVA TePla Analytical Systems GmbH

The fully automated acoustic microscopes from the SAM Auto Line enable simple detection of cavities, voids, bubbles, inclusions, and delamination and are ideally suitable for wafer inspection, bond checking, and MEMS inspection. An automatic defect-review software package performs a fully automated evaluation of the entire wafer. The results can be issued as klarf files and VEGA MAP. A GEM/SECS connection is also possible.

  • SAM Premium Line

    PVA TePla Analytical Systems GmbH

The SAM Premium Line combines acoustic microscopy and optical microscopy. It enables the scanner to be combined with both an inversion as well as a reflected-light microscope. The technology used in the SAM Premium Line is based on a core platform that employs the latest production and research technology. The individual systems are characterized by high throughput, high flexibility and a wide scanning range. They can be expanded to suit customer requirements and specified for the most diverse applications.

  • Power Module Inspection

    D9600Z - Sonoscan Inc.

This is the first acoustic microscope with an inverted transducer to permit scanning samples from the bottom side. Bottom-side scanning is necessary for many IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) modules where top side components must be kept away from the water used to couple the ultrasound from the transducer to the sample. The D9600Z is configured to inspect two modules simultaneously via two stages with Sonomatched transducers and WaterPlume couplers.

  • Material Analysis and Qualification

Berliner Glas KGaA Herbert Kubatz GmbH & Co.

In order to satisfy the extraordinary demands of the product’s properties, these materials must comply with the highest requirements and be adapted to your needs. To do so, we employ a number of different processes to analyze and qualify materials: *Various microscopy technologies*Ultrasound testing technology (scanning acoustic microscope)*X-ray fluorescence spectrometers*Electric measurement technology (incl. oscilloscope, high resistance meter, LCR bridge)*Measurement and work area in climatized clean room (ISO 6 equivalent)*Testing facility for long term and service life tests*Material testing machine*Materialography (separation, embedding, sample preparation)*Diverse spectral measurement technologies combined with coating expertise
