Tunable Edge Filters
Tunable edge filter is a customized product. It usually belongs to 2-port optical tunable filter product platform. Instead of using narrow bandpass filter in the 2-port tunable optical filter, the tunable edge filter utilizes a low-pass or long-pass interference filter. By changing the incident angle of the light beam, the cut-off wavelength will be tuned. Standard Tunable edge filters support C-band or L-band wavelength range.

ERF-5W™ Series (Single & Dual)
The new ERF-5W™ filter takes Pole/Zero’s MINI-ERF® technology to a higher level of RF power handling, with 5W (average) in-band power handling, and covering the entire military tactical radio tuning range of 30-520 MHz in one integrated package. This tunability is accomplished by the use of three poles of selectivity, multiple internal tunable filters along with high performance PIN diode RF band select switches. The tunable filters are designed to minimize size and power consumption, while maintaining high RF power handling and linearity characteristics. Serial control is accomplished via a standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)-based bus.

Low Pass and Bandpass SMA Coaxial Filters
Fairview Microwave’s bandpass filters were developed for use in various applications including GPS, ISM, RFID and Wi-Fi systems and operate in several bands, some as low as 824 MHz and some as high as 5.875 GHz. Fairview’s low pass filters allow for tailoring of a test setup for a specific application and support upper band edges of 100, 225, 400, 1000, 2000 and 3000 MHz.
