40Gb/s DQPSK Receiver
The integrated DQPSK receiver incorporates an optical phase demodulator (delay-line interferometer or DLI) with 2 pairs of balanced photo-diodes and 2 linear TIAs into a single butterfly package. Compared with the currently available discrete solution in which a separate DLI and a separate receiver are used, the integrated DQPSK receiver eliminates labor intensive fiber routing and coupling (between the DLI and the balanced receiver) as well as the skew control. Moreover, the integrated DQPSK receiver offers a smaller footprint suitable for today’s demanding high speed transponder applications.

The Keysight 10728A is a normal incidence plane mirror for beam diameters of 9 mm or less. It is a bare optic that requires a user-supplied mount. It is typically used with the 10735A and 10736A three axis interferometers.

Turning Mirror
10769A
The 10769A is ideal for use in laser measurement and calibration applications. In the calibration of slant bed lathes, for example, the beam steering mirror deflects the beam from the laser head upward, through the interferometer, along the lathe's cross slide. One or more mirrors can also create a path from a laser head to an interferometer located in an otherwise inaccessible position, as in the case of a milling machine with a table that moves in only one axis.

High Stability Plane Mirror Interferometer

The Keysight 10706B High Stability Plane Mirror Interferometer is a dual pass interferometer used for multiple axis applications such as X-Y stages where the measurement mirror may move perpendicular to the measurement axis. This thermally stable optic, an exact functional replacement for the 10706A Plane Mirror Interferometer, reduces thermal measurement drift to 1/12 the value typically achieved by conventional plane mirror interferometers. The unique contribution of the 10706B is its tolerance of angular misalignment of the plane mirror reflector. The 10706A can accept a range of measurement mirror angular alignment changes.
