The CD16 Miniature Carrier Demodulator is designed to deliver a 0 to 5 Vdc output from a variable reluctance transducer and operate from unregulated 9 to 55 Vdc power. A square wave excitation of 5 kHz is furnished to the transducer and the solid state integrated circuit amplifier and demodulator converts the transducer signal to an analog dc output.
