The SST-LV is a Plug & Play Smart TEDS IEEE 1451.4 compliant Transmitter. Just plug in a TEDS compatible Load Cell or Torque Sensor and the SST-LV will automatically self-calibrate. When used with a non-TEDS Load Cell or Torque Sensor, the SST-LV Transmitter is easily programmed using a PC with an RS232 port and Instrument Setup (IS) software, which provides a graphical user interface. The SST-LV may be powered from 12-30 Vac or 10-48 Vdc. The SST-HV Has an Isolated transducer excitation output that is selectable between 5Vdc or 10Vdc. There are Dual solid state relays and an Isolated 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V analog output. There are three Isolated serial data transmitter output ( RS232 , Half-duplex RS485, full-duplex RS485 ) and three serial protocols that are software selectable (Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII and Custom ASCII). Isolation to 250V rms is provided for power, signal input, analog output, relay outputs, and communications. Isolation adds safety and avoids possible ground loops. The transducer excitation output is isolated to 50V from signal ground.

The IRU151 is powered by the low-power NXP i.MX 6 UltraLite processer. In order to provide data collection and device control, the IRU151 comes with various I/O connectors, including four analog input (AI) channels, one isolated RS-232/422/485 port, one isolated LAN and one isolated DIO (2-in/2-out). The four analog input channels have differential input configuration and overvoltage protection of 55V DC. The IRU151 is capable of reading analog voltages at 100 samples per second with a 16-bit resolution.

Based on our OTP² system platform, we were able to implement a family of scalable test systems which is based on a common systems architecture, e. g. for products in the area of chemical analytics measurement. We not only implemented a universal, extremely comprehensive test system, but also a series of compact systems for benchtop placement which are fully compatible with the larger, universal system. Our specialized self-test adapters and test software enable fast verification of the test systems as well as partly automated calibration by the customer.Our systems are also used in electrical measurement applications, e. g. for calibrating analog input assemblies for PLC technology. For this purpose, specialized calibrators are integrated into the system; they provide traceable calibration of the relevant stimulus signals.
