Load Cells
A load cell is a sensor which transforms the load or force applied to it into an electrical signal. Load cell sensors are based on the strain-gauge principle i.e. a sensor whose resistance varies with applied force. They are the most widely used as load transducers in all areas of weight measurement from retail scales, the process industry and medical applications.

Cell Stand
CS-3A
The CS-3A Cell Stand is adopted with CHI series Electrochemical Analyzers and other apparatus directly. The cell is enclosed in a Faraday cage to reduce electrical interference. A built-in gas control allows purging a sample. Gas line is provided to purge next sample, while analyzing the present sample separately, thus increasing productivity. Magnetic stirrer allows for controlling the mixing of the sample for experiments requiring mass transport of electrolyte or analyte to the electrode surface. Cell top positioner with detachable cell cap allows easy removal and replacement of the cell vial as well as the electrodes for rinsing, cleaning, and replacement.

Low Profile Compression Only Load Button Load Cell with Mounting
LBM SERIES
The LBM Series (Load Button) load cells are offered for compression only applications where space is limited. This load button is a direct replacement for many of the same type and bolt patterns currently used in the industry. The matching surface must be flat and at least 2 inches in diameter. The loading diameter is slightly convex for accurate load distribution. Eight threaded mounting holes are provided on the bottom surface for fastening down from beneath. These sensors are manufactured from heat treated 17-4ph stainless steel, and the sensing element incorporates bonded foil strain gages of the highest quality. They are sealed for protection against most industrial environments.
