The i2 Micro iCon ITA is capable of holding up to 120 QuadraPaddle contacts and up to 12 Micro Power or Micro Coax contacts. Its sleek, 0.8” footprint increases the horizontal stackability. The 30 degree U-shaped cable clamp allows ITA modules to be pre-wired before assembly and can hold cable bundles with an oblong bushing effective diameter of 0.77 in. The removable cover allows easy access to wiring for maintenance and probing. Integrated spring locking tabs ensure even and secure engagement.

The iCon EMI has many of the standard features of the iCon, in addition to Electro-Magnetic Interference protection. The EMI shielding effect on the iConEMI ITA is provided by the stainless steel fibers in the removable plastic cover and threaded metal coupling adapter. The opening of the threaded coupling adapter provides clearance for a maximum cable bundle with an oblong bushing effective diameter of 1.37 in. Protective cover included.

The G2 ITA is equipped with a removable EMI-shielded cover. The cover slides up to provide access to wires and connectors and is secured by two screws. The removable and adjustable U-shaped cable clamp is attached by screws to the ITA frame and allows ITA modules to be pre-wired before assembly. The clamp can hold cable bundles with an oblong bushing effective diameter of 1.55". ITA strain relief plates are not needed.

This 50 module receiver is equipped with a locking handle to ensure proper ITA engagement. A standard integrated microswitch shuts off power when the ITA disengages from the receiver. The Series 48 Universal Test Fixture Systems are an effective way to test high mix, low to medium volume products. The Universal Base is designed around the CAMGATE Z axis Test Fixture. The base interfaces with removable, quick change Series 49 Universal Test Insert Kits. Three versions are offered, a blank base whereas the end user can configure the Base and insert kit to their own connector configuration, The 160 point model which uses four (40) pin IDC ribbon cable connectors to interface between the base and the insert kit, and the -I model that incorporates the same 4 block GR2270 style block interface as used on our Series 34 test fixtures. This allows for increased test point count and the use of Industry Standard 2270 style signal, power, and coax blocks. Rear panels can be custom configured to customer specifications, Virginia Panel ITA frames, or GR2270 Interfaces used on Semco’s Standard Product line
