The Automatic Test Equipment is designed to provide R&D and the Production floor with a high quality, reliable and easy to use Test Station comprised of COTS equipment from industry leading instrument manufactures. The measurement switching has low thermal offset allowing for micro volt measurements. The switching also accommodates both stimulus and measurement up to 5 Amps. Also to provide High Speed and Static Digital Stimulus and Response that covers LVDS, 3.3V, TTL, CMOS and Industrial logic families. For Serial communications there are SPI, I2C, RS232/485, USB and Ethernet. The system has nine programmable DC power supplies that are capable of powering both the UUT and the UUT interface separately. The system can interface with a variety of UUT’s via an ITA. Each system comes with the Imperial Test Executive, National Instruments TestStand, CVI, LabView and .NET Runtime.

The LEONBench test system is a flexible and scalable test system that features an excellent signal integrity and a high-quality fixture interface. This is achieved by combining a cableless connection from ABex modules to Virginia panel interface connectors. The system is optimized for high pin count test applications. Furthermore, it can be equipped with vacuum and pneumatic. Support for multi-level contact fixtures enables separate contact levels for FCT and ICT. The Konrad ITA (Interchangeable Test Adapter) frame allows various fixture houses all over the world to build custom fixtures for the LEONBench. Up to 15U additional rack space allows adding a bunch of high-performance measurement devices from various manufactures. The 30 degree U-shaped cable clamp allows ITA modules to be pre-wired before assembly and can hold cable bundles with an oblong bushing effective diameter of 0.77 in. The removable cover allows easy access to wiring for maintenance and probing. Integrated spring locking tabs ensure even and secure engagement.

Removable and adjustable U-shaped cable clamps are attached by screws to the ITA frame and allow ITA modules to be pre-wired before assembly. The clamps can hold cable bundles with an oblong bushing effective diameter of 1.59". ITA strain relief plates are not needed.
