Weight Registration System
The number of the current hopper and the correct positioning, along with the indication of power and status, are displayed on the indicators. Four load cells are mounted on the cart. The system records the amount of material shipped from each hopper, and the total weight of the material in the trolley is also displayed. All information is stored in the controller memory for a specified time. After the necessary time intervals, the operator can rewrite the information on the USB drive for further processing.

The BUF-01 Voltage Buffer is a dual channel buffer capable of driving up to 50 mA of current on each channel at up to ±10 V output. The buffer has a 2nd order low pass filter with 3 dB point of 119 kHz to remove high frequency noise. The unit’s differential inputs are built to withstand high DC over-voltages up to ±50 VDC and greater than ±100 V transients. Gain of the unit is 1 allowing for minimal insertion issues.

This particular system came equipped with a 16" APD ISO Flange mounted cyropump, and a Varian tri-scroll for roughing. The cooling tubes for the crystals as well as the drive motor for the parts holder can be seen on the top of the chamber.
