Radar solution for molten metal filling level measurement

Sound Level Meters
A sound level meter is a measuring instrument used to assess noise or sound levels by measuring sound pressure. Often referred to as a sound pressure level (SPL) meter, decibel (dB) meter, noise meter or noise dosimeter, a sound level meter uses a microphone to capture sound. The sound is then evaluated within the sound level meter and acoustic measurement values are shown on the display of the sound level meter. The most common unit of acoustic measurement for sound is the decibel (dB); however, some sound level meter devices also determine the equivalent continuous sound level (Leq) and other acoustic parameters. With a portable sound level meter, industrial hygiene and workplace safety professionals can measure sound levels in multiple locations to ensure environmental conditions fall within recommended exposure limits (RELs). Some sound level meter devices can be permanently installed for continuous monitoring of sound levels at a work or job site.

The EM A10 is a low level amplifier module for sensitive measurements, data collection and systems, where signals below 1 nanovolt may be measured. It is ideal for the input unit for precision voltage measuring systems, requiring voltage sensitivity for measuring low noise and low impedance sources. The noise level of the A10 is equivalent to a perfect resistor of about 20 ohms. When used with a digital voltmeter, steady one nanovolt digits may be displayed, with a response time constant of less than a second. The input voltage stability of the A10 is very high, with the drift around a nanovolt per degree C. The input connectors are made from pure copper. ACM2-RS and ACM3-RS are 2-D and 3-D electro-magnetic current meters for laboratory experiments. The models provide digital output, a high-speed sampling rate and insusceptibility to electro-magnetic noise. ACH-600RS is a highly sensitive capacitance water level meters. With the new system, a maximum of four different sensors can be connected to the compact interface unit, enabling simultaneous recording on a personal computer. Additionally, the system can provide analog output as well as necessary. While conventional water level and wave height meters cannot be used near velocity sensors, our instrument can be as near as 5 cm without increasing noise, due to its special isolated circuit. Wafer bonding has found many applications in the field of MST, MEMS and micro engineering. These include the fabrication of pressure sensors, accelerometers, micro-pumps and other fluid handling devices. The process is also used for first-order packaging of silicon microstructures to isolate package-induced stresses. The OAI AML Wafer Bonder facilitates both the alignment and bonding to be performed in-situ, in a high vacuum chamber. For anodic bonding the wafers are loaded cold and heated in the process chamber. For high accuracy alignment the wafers are aligned and brought into contact only after the process temperature has been reached, thus avoiding differential thermal expansion effects which can compromise alignment. The AML Wafer Bonder is excellent for anodic bonding, silicon direct and thermal compression bonding applications. These features enable the bonder to be used with virtually any processing tool.
