The Doppler Current Profiler Sensor (DCPS) is a medium-range, 600kHz current profiler smart sensor. It offers high-quality ocean current measurements and is ideally suited for cabling directly to various systems or dataloggers via serial or AiCap bus. With its integrated compensation for tilting and movement, the sensor is commonly used to measure current from buoys and other moving platforms.The 5400/5400R version of the current sensor is 300m depth rated, the 5402/5402R version is 4500m depth rated, and the 5403/5403R version is 6000m depth rated and intended for commercial as well as research use. It comes with an integrated temperature sensor that can be calibrated on request.As an extension to the DCPS, we now offer the current profiler with an integrated pressure unit called the 5400P. This version enables acoustic wave measurements in addition to profiling currents. Ideal for small observatories, the DCPS sensor is the market's lowest-cost current and wave sensor.

The measured value accommodation for a scanning point takes place with the help of a special hardware module for image processing algorithms within 40 ms. CEAST VisualIMPACT software is designed to control CEAST Pendulums and Drop Tower Series, manage tests and offer a user-friendly interface when using the Data Acquisition System. It records force and absorbed energy data related to impacts, visualizes and helps analyze the results and calculates resilience. The operator is guided through parameters setup by means of tables describing strikers and specimens that are filtered according to the test type and international standard selected. In the case of instrumented tests, many possibilities for data analysis and visualization are made available. The results are shown through comprehensive and customizable graphs and can be filtered by break type (only specimens with a selected break type are shown). Working with groups of test, the software performs a statistical analysis, and the operator can pick and discard single test results. Different measurement units can be selected. It is possible to print reports and to export data totally or partially. Recent improvements include the possibility to set a number of user profiles, including graphic settings, default printing options, advanced parameters for data analysis and so on, switching quickly from one another when looking at results. The introduction of a new Data Acquisition System (CEAST DAS 64K) in the Impact product line has also triggered a number of new capabilities for the SW, which is now able to process a more comprehensive calibration file for instrumented tups and hammers and manage DAS configurations with a wider range of data acquisition channels.

Our automated scanning system is based on smart 3D cameras SICK Ruler E 600. Information about the wheel profile from the camera via a high-speed Gigabit Ethernet interface is sent to a dedicated computer for processing, detecting and recognizing the alphanumeric sequence applied to a specific section of the wheel. Synchronization with the rotation system is carried out by means of a high-precision encoder, with the conveyor system - via the Profibus DP interface. The complex is designed to scan wheels of various standard sizes and allows with a high resolution (tenths of a millimeter), without readjustment, to read numbers from wheels at a radius of 100 to 600 mm in 45 seconds.
