The TPT-62 fiber-optic temperature probe family employs industry standard 62.5µm core OM1 fiber optic for highly improved optical, mechanical, and reliability properties over legacy 200 µm core (1st generation) fiber optic sensors. The EasyDisk sensor tip assembly ensures IEC60076-2 (Annex E) compliant installation and enables quick insertion of the probes into the spacers within the windings of transformers.

Belt Alignment Sensors And Misalignment Switches
Electro-sensors belt alignment sensors are mounted along the conveyor belt that needs to be monitored for misalignment. The rub block assemblies are mounted so that the brass surface area is in-line with the edge of the conveyor belt. When the belt wanders it then rubs up against the brass block. The contact with the belt creates friction and heat that the sensor in the brass block records as a rise in temperature.

Fluid Level Sensor
The output of the fluid level sensor is a voltage which changes in direct proportion to the level of fluid in the probe. The difference in permittivity between air and the fluid being measured changes the capacitance between the probe's two concentric tubes as the level changes. An RS232 connection to a PC allows the user to calibrate the fluid level and thermal drift compensation. The probe is factory replaceable, allowing the electronics to be re-used should the probe become damaged or if a new probe length is required.

ESRF-HF Transmitter
The ESRF-HF is a family of mass flow transmitters which enable fast and accurate measurements of gas flow over a wide dynamic range. Each transmitter integrates a MEMS flow sensor and readout electronics inside a housing with very small form factor made from stainless steel. The duty pressure of the flow transmitter is 11bar. All measurement data are fully calibrated, and temperature compensated on board, leading to a reduced temperature coefficient and high measurement accuracy.
