Modulation of these phase shifters is typically 100 kHz, and maximum input power is +5 dBm.A wide variety of package styles are available, such as plug-in, flatpack, TO-cans, and connectorized housings, though the most popular are the miniature surface mount packages. Surface mount packages are available on tape and reel, for automated assembly techniques.
