GX6188 Series
The GX6188 is a 6U PXI, high density matrix, GENASYS architecture switching card. The card provides the user with the ability to connect and interface resources to multiple UUT connections. The board consists of two matrices - a 104x8 and a 8x8 matrix. The GX6188 can connect to 104 UUT switching points, eight external resources and an eight channel global bus via front panel connectors. Multiple GX6188 cards can be connected using the global bus. Like other GENASYS switch cards, the GX6188 features an integral, 3-dimensional switching architecture which provides the flexibility to connect test system resources to multiple UUT connections as well as supporting an expansion bus connection without sacrificing I/O matrix connections when building multiple switch card configurations.

The Inverterless ATE is an automatic test equipment which is used to test the all functional and various test conditions of Inverterless Solar Unit. This ATE shall be a GO/NOGO Tester for Inverterless Solar Unit. All production units can be tested with this ATE for functional testing and clearance. The Chroma 63800 Loads can simulate load conditions under high crest factor and varying power factors with real time compensation even when the voltage waveform is distorted. The 63800's state of the art design uses DSP technology to simulate non-linear rectified loads with its unique RLC operation mode. The GX6196 is a 6U PXI switch and control board that can be used to create custom switching, signal conditioning, or specific UUT control interfaces. The board provides 96, 2 pole, form A relays, 8 digital I/O lines, and a serial digital interface. All of these resources are available via (5) inter-board connectors which interface to the user defined daughter / mezzanine board. The mezzanine board provides all connections to the unit under test (UUT) via two 78 pin D-sub connectors. The GX6196 is supplied with a front panel which accepts (2) 78 pin D-sub connectors.

OLED Lifetime Test System

The 58131 Lifetime Test System is designed specifically for the OLED industry. Model 58131 provides twoquadrant constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) stimulus to each OLED panel and acquires electrical and optical characteristics automatically. Two independent and isolated precision source-and-measure units (PMU) are incorporated in one modular card, which is capable of testing two OLED panels. Additional instrument cards are added to expand test capacity. Hot plug and play is a key feature of 58131. When a UUT fails or an instrument card needs to be replaced, 58131 does not have to be shutdown and testing continues for other UUTs. Hot plug and play obviates life test cycle restarts due to isolated faults and significantly improves life test efficiency. We firmly believe that hot plug and play capability should be mandatory for all lifetime test systems.

CMK Mechanical Kits
Columbia has created a unique mechanical click system using ball bearings and guiding sleeves. The UUT is connected to the spring contact pins that are connected to the testing environment in a completely linear fashion. Connecting the UUT to probes can be approached both from the top and the bottom and, optionally, even from the side.
