The UTP 6010 is one of our smallest test systems and therefore a cost-effective entry into our UTP tester series.The fast system is used to implement scalable functional test applications for a test item (single device under test) with multiple RF channels and mixed-signal test options. Depending on the adapter, the DUT can be tested at circuit board level (FKT) or when installed at the end of the line (EOL).Depending on the test item requirements, we configure the appropriate number of channels and integrate the necessary interfaces directly in the adapter or tester. Multiplexed- Low-Level Function Card
Low-level multiplexed systems have a single programmable gain, wide-band amplifier following the input multiplexer. To accommodate low-level signal signals such as those from strain gauges or thermocouples and at the same time high level signals from other sources, the throughput rate must be limited to enable the high bandwidth amplifier to settle to the correct value after switching to a new channel. This results in a relatively low aggregate throughput rate when compared to an amplifier-per-channel system. A major benefit of a well designed low-level multiplexed system is the extremely high performance/cost relationship.

Wireless Functional Test Fixtures

The regenerative AC load function consists of various modes such as CC Rectified mode, CP Rectified mode, CR mode, CC Phase lead/lag mode and CP Phase lead/ lag mode. The Rectified Mode is capable of simulating non-linear rectified loads with characteristics similar to Chroma 63800 series AC load where the voltage and current operate at the 1st and 3rd quadrant. The Rectified Mode supports both CC and CP functions with current, power and CF as parameter settings.

The ProDAQ 3808 function card, an enhanced version of the ProDAQ 3806 counter/timer function card, is designed to operate in one of three modes: pulse counter, frequency meter, or time interval counter. In the pulse counter and frequency measurement modes, users can process incoming signals of up to 25 MHz on each of the six channels. A time interval counter range is divided into six sub-ranges, covering times from 40 ns to 20000 s with a maximum resolution of 10 ns. For pulse-width measurements, the same ranges apply.
