9025TR - 25 Module Solution with Platform
The 9025TR has over twice the I/O as the G12 and is outfitted with the same 20-inch platform to support enclosures while engaging and disengaging. The front-mount ITA is user-friendly, allowing the enclosure or fixture to be fastened from the mating side. The docking feature of the 9025TR provides an easy way of guiding a fixture into position prior to engagement. Runners along the platform provide a smooth-sliding action, ideal when using fixtures up to 180 pounds. The unit is compact and lightweight. The basic system is 7″ wide by 2.5″ high and 12″ long. When measurements are needed below approximately 100 micro-ohm-centimeters, the basic system is piggybacked onto a second enclosure that houses a power amplifier with a current gain of ten. The combined unit measures 7″ wide by 5″ high and 12″ long. The combined unit weighs 11.5 pounds. Two short cables interconnect the two enclosures for powering the power amplifier and routing the signals to the fixture or four point probe. The front panel of the basic system includes a 32-character backlit LCD display and a set of function keys. An easy-to-use menu will allow access to user defined parameters such as sample thickness, sample volume, and calibration constants; upper and lower alarm limits, relative measurements, and several others.

The 40-196 is a 10 Channel 5A Fault Insertion Switch, primarily designed for the simulation of fault conditions in automotive & avionics applications involving the reliability testing of safety critical controllers. It is designed to be able to insert different fault conditions between the test fixture and the equipment under test: Open-Circuit, Short-Circuit between signal pairs, Short-Circuit between signal pairs and user applied fault conditions e.g. Power or GND. Shorting relays on each channel enable UUT signals to be subjected to external user applied fault conditions or to be shorted to the adjacent signal in the same channel. Relays in line with the signal allow open circuit conditions to be simulated on either side or both sides of a channel signal pair. The switching topology of the 40-196 allows channels to be interconnected so that complex fault insertion systems can be constructed.
