The Dione S 640 CAM series is based on an uncooled 12 μm pitch microbolometer detector with a 640 × 480 resolution and NETD of less than 40 mK (available upon request) and 50 mK. The camera cores are optimized for low SWaP (Size, Weight and Power). The Dione S 640 CAM is lightweight and small with mechanical shutter. It utilizes Xenics image enhancement for advanced image processing while keeping power consumption low.All Dione S 640 versions have the same SAMTEC ST5 connector and are GenICam compliant. Dione S 640 CAM is a LWIR uncooled thermal imaging SWAP module with housing supporting M24/M34 lens (optional).The ultra-compact Dione S 640 CAM series find application in safety and security systems, as well as in industrial thermal imaging systems.

The test system is designed and customized to carry out 2.55*Intest as per Table 7 (test c) of IEC 60898 (also mentioned for routine testing of MCBs. The test is done at dc current to exactly analyze and correct the bimetallic properties of the MCB as far as thermal tripping is concerned. The unit comes with a pneumatically operated test fixture with in-built dc stepper motor that is controlled by a micro controller / PC to calibrate the breaker into a narrow tripping band programmed by the user.

Wafer bonding has found many applications in the field of MST, MEMS and micro engineering. These include the fabrication of pressure sensors, accelerometers, micro-pumps and other fluid handling devices. The process is also used for first-order packaging of silicon microstructures to isolate package-induced stresses. The OAI AML Wafer Bonder facilitates both the alignment and bonding to be performed in-situ, in a high vacuum chamber. For anodic bonding the wafers are loaded cold and heated in the process chamber. For high accuracy alignment the wafers are aligned and brought into contact only after the process temperature has been reached, thus avoiding differential thermal expansion effects which can compromise alignment. The AML Wafer Bonder is excellent for anodic bonding, silicon direct and thermal compression bonding applications. These features enable the bonder to be used with virtually any processing tool.

The pyrolyzer GC/MS (Py-GC/MS) is used to selectively detect and quantify phthalate esters thermally extracted from samples.
