PCB Test Fixture Kits
Emergent's fixture kits are available in bottom and double sided probing versions. They are fully scalable, from compact benchtop testers to full size multi-UUT production floor models. The removable, interchangeable plate design allows you to easily add and move test points, or swap out plates to test a completely different product. Each kit comes with a standard linear collapse over-clamp. A cam-follower closing system can be specified for higher force applications. Our fixture kits are manufactured using industrial grade phenolic laminate, which is similar to G10 in hardness and strength but easier to machine. The Series 48 Universal Test Fixture Systems are an effective way to test high mix, low to medium volume products. The Universal Base is designed around the CAMGATE Z axis Test Fixture. The base interfaces with removable, quick change Series 49 Universal Test Insert Kits. Three versions are offered, a blank base whereas the end user can configure the Base and insert kit to their own connector configuration, The 160 point model which uses four (40) pin IDC ribbon cable connectors to interface between the base and the insert kit, and the -I model that incorporates the same 4 block GR2270 style block interface as used on our Series 34 test fixtures. This allows for increased test point count and the use of Industry Standard 2270 style signal, power, and coax blocks. Rear panels can be custom configured to customer specifications, Virginia Panel ITA frames, or GR2270 Interfaces used on Semco’s Standard Product line

KRD14 series
KRD14 series pneumatic shock response spectrum tester is used to measure and determine the shock resistance of electrical and electronic products or packaging, and to evaluate the reliability and structural integrity of the test product in a shock environment. The shock response spectrum is the total result of a series of single-degree-of-freedom linear systems with different natural frequencies subjected to the same shock excitation response. When a product is subjected to an impact, the maximum value of its impact response means that the product has a maximum stress.
