The PISO-P32C32/P32C32U/P32C32U-5V has 32 channels of optically isolated digital inputs and 32 channels of optically isolated digital outputs, arranged into four isolated banks. Each input channel uses a photo-coupler input which allows either internal isolated power supply or external power selected by jumper. Each digital output offers a Darlington transistor. The power supply of the input port may use the external power or the power from the PC side via DC/DC converter. The power supply of the output port should use the external power. The board eliminates ground-loop problems and isolates the host computer from damaging voltages.

The FastX1703-DIG is a raw-length PCI board with two input connectors. Each connector supports 16 data bits, 10 general purpose inputs, and 6 general purpose outputs. Clock rates up to 166 MHz can be supported. All the inputs and outputs are connected to an FPGA on the board are essentially available for any purpose required by the interface. The front-end data is formatted and preprocessed by a FPGA before being sent to the memory subsection, zero to four Nexperia PNX1702 VLIW processors before output. The 75D4-H2 is a Layer 2+ Gigabit Ethernet Switch built upon NAI’s multifunction, 3U cPCI board technology. The 75D4 motherboard contains a high-density I/O module slot that supports an H2 switch function. The 75D4 with H2 consumes approximately 9.5 W of total power at 5 V to operate at full 1000 Base-T speeds. In addition, the 75D4 motherboard can integrate four channels of RS232/423/422/485 serial communications. This adds an additional 1.5 W of 5 V power. Serial data is available on the cPCI bus or can optionally be available over Ethernet via the use of one of the switch ports.
