Available in 30, 50 and 70 Watt single output models, they all accept the universal input range from 90 to 264 VAC without the need for any input selector switches. Taking up significantly less space on the rail by being up to 44% slimmer than current generation DIN rail power supplies, the 30 Watt DPC30 measures just 90.0 x 100.0 x 22.5 mm (3.6 x 3.94 x 0.89 inches). Also, the 50 Watt DPC50 measures 90.0 x 100.0 x 30.0 mm (3.6 x 3.94 x 1.18 inches) and the 70 Watt DPC70 measures only 90.0 x 100.0 x 40.5 mm (3.6 x 3.95 x 1.59 inches). Offering all the popular nominal output voltages from + 5 to + 48 VDC, the single output can be adjusted up to + 30% of stated nominal, model dependant, in order to accommodate non-standard voltage requirements or to make up for line losses. When long term electro-chemical tests (>1000 hours) are run to monitor the cell degradation at the cathode for example, it is important to avoid any contaminant in the gas flow rate.Inconel 601 flange equipped with alumina housing and alumina tube to feed the gas to the electrode during long term test (>1000 h)Typical poisoning is coming from the chromium contained in the steel tubing. The volatile chromium species (Cr6+) will flow into the cathode (with the air) and thanks to the intake of electrons at the electrode, the chromium ion will transform to chromium oxide and be deposited at the cathode triple point. In such a case, the long term test kit is used. The Inconel 601 flange is equipped with an alumina housing (>96 % Al2O3) and the air (or other gas) is led through an alumina tube. The long term test kit is fully compatible with other functionalities proposed with the Open Flanges™ test Set-Up as the integrated steamer or the small pellet test kit. The long term test kit can be implemented on the fuel, on the air or on both sides.
