With up to 15 VA of output into loads with as much as 80 of phase shift, the Model 515 is ideally suited to driving inductive loads.

The B4610A data import tool allows you to import external data into the logic analyzer application for analysis just like data acquired by logic analyzer acquisition hardware. The application runs on a logic analyzer or an external PC. Virtual import modules read data from a module CSV or module binary (ALB) file and make it available to a wide variety of display windows and analysis tools. Module CSV files can be created by external tools or saved from any logic analyzer module. Module binary (ALB) files are created by Keysight InfiniiVision 7000 Series, 6000 Series, or 5000 Series oscilloscopes. Data import modules are a licensed feature. You can evaluate the data import capability on up to 16 rows (states) of imported data without a license.

The Current Monitoring probes may be used whenever RF current measurements are required. Current measurements are made by placing a current carrying conductor within the “sensing” window of the probe and measuring the probe’s output voltage with an RF detector. Calibration of the probe permits the conversion of the voltages measured to current. Current measurements can be made over the frequency range shown in the transfer impedance curve furnished with each probe. There is virtually no loading of the circuit and the technique permits normal operation of the device under test during measurements. The MP-50 can be used for the procedure for clamp injection when the common- mode impedance requirements cannot be met given in chapter 7.4 of IEC/EN 61000-4-6 „Immunity to conducted disturbances, induced by radio frequency fields”. The MP-50 can also be used as current monitor for BCI testing as per ISO11452-4, RTCA/DO-160 section 20, MIL-STD-461 and various automotive standards.

Frequency Meter

Frequency Meter is used for measuring the frequency of the signal coming to the input channels of ADC modules and FFT spectrum analyzers. The indicator displays the measured frequency value (frequency of periodic oscillations) and signal cycle time corresponding to the measured frequency. It is possible to change the averaging of the displayed value (0.1; 1, or 10 s) and to select a necessary channel of the ADC module, FFT spectrum analyzer or a virtual channel.
