The Flex 10 bench mounted ATE is the smallest ‘standard’ tester in our range. The system comprises a single unit, measuring 600mm x 360mm x 660mm. A VPC S6 interface is normally used on this system allowing multiple test fixtures to be used with the system.

A combination of both the Flex 10 and 20 system, the Flex 30 is floor mounted system that maintains a small footprint whilst offering that useful additional space. Generally it is fitted with either the G12 or G12X VPC interface allowing a large number of mixed signal connections to be routed to the test fixture.

We are pleased to announce that we have received an order for the supply of a fully automated in-line test system for testing LED light engines from ASD Lighting, based in Rotherham. The solution provided, consists of an in-line handler fitted with a vision system. The camera software is capable of learning the position of all LED’s on a new pcb, thereby reducing the time to introduce a new product. In addition to identifying the location of any missing or faulty LED’s the tester measures the colour temperature of every pcb.
