The PHS-H Hard Ceramic Probe Holder is engineered for precision applications requiring exact probe positioning, ideal for insertion devices, undulators, and similar setups. This robust holder utilizes glass-reinforced (FR4) epoxy laminate for enhanced durability and reliability in demanding conditions. At its core, the PHS-H features three hard plates composed of alumina ceramics (Al₂O₃), each serving as a critical locating surface to ensure utmost accuracy during measurement operations.

Additionally, the PHS-H incorporates two elastic glass epoxy locators that deliver a strong clamping force, effectively preventing any unwanted motion of the prismatic probe. The Hall probe (model 03S) is securely fixed within a well-defined cavity, further enhancing the holder's ability to maintain consistent probe placement. This design not only maximizes performance but also ensures long-term stability in precision applications.
