3164 -
Astronics Corporation
The Racal Instruments™ 3164 Series is a single-wide VXIbus Module. The 3164-2 has two 14-bit Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) channels that operate independently, and the 3164-4 AWG has four channels. The maximumsample rate for each channel is 125 MS/s. All waveforms can be sampled from data previously loaded into waveform memory or loaded and output on the fly.

ProDAQ 3550 -
Bustec Ltd.
The ProDAQ 3550 fast DAC and arbitrary waveform generator function card provides two channels per card, each equipped with a 16-bit fast and precise DAC 2-pole analog filter and 256k x 16 SRAM memory per channel, with several standard output ranges available. The ProDAQ 3550 can be used as a two-channel waveform generator; the memory can be divided into segments to store complex waveforms. Segments not currently used in a waveform can be loaded during running bursts, providing higher data throughput.

The Waveform Generation Tool provides a simplified interface for baseband modulation of Keysight's wide bandwidth signal simulation solutions, for signals with up to 1 GHz RF bandwidth. Even the most complex signals are defined and implemented easily through the software interface. Signals can be defined through basic parameter entry or from files created in MATLAB or other engineering environments. For each selection in the main menu, a subsequent screen appears, enabling the user to enter the parameters required to define the waveform and invoke the built-in calibration routines. A display on each sub-panel shows the ideal frequency domain waveform calculated from entered parameters. A simulation mode is provided to enable development and operation without connection to the instrument hardware.
