  • Localisation Testing

    Digivante Ltd

Localisation testing is paramount for ensuring a seamless experience for your international customers and users. Your website or app must reflect the prevailing culture and conform to specific local standards and usage.

  • testing facilities

    Ingenieurbüro Dr. Hillger Ultrasonic-Techniques

Mechanical scanning of the component is required for the automatic imaging ultrasonic testing technology. Depending on the test requirements, the size and shape of the component and the required cycle times, we offer different solutions.

  • Usability Testing

    A1QA

Using our proven testing usability methodology, we deliver a 360-degree view on a product's operability by analyzing, identifying and benchmarking the weak spots in core features of the application and suggesting opportunities for improvement.

  • Motor Testing

    Electronic Systems of Wisconsin, Inc.

ESW's Motor Test Systems come fully equipped with the latest industry features based on your testing needs. The on-screen display in our testers make it easy to read, track, and record your motor information during the testing process. We realize this importance and want to make sure you never have to worry about losing key information ever again. Performance and reliability are important, so we make sure you will have full confidence of every motor you test, whether you place it in your product or send out the door to your customer. ESW's design team works closely with you to determine the tests you need, in order to make a system that will meet all your testing needs. See the slideshow below to see some of our Motor Testers.

  • FPGA Testing

    Silicon Turnkey Solution, Inc.

The secret to our success in the FPGA testing field is the STS hammer file, a proprietary test methodology based on our experience testing thousands of unique FPGA designs. The hammer file is designed to program the FPGA to its maximum combination and block configuration and then tests the completely programmed FPGA for full dynamic, DC and at-speed AC performance. Power and transient tests are also conducted under worst-case populated configurations. Application-specific usage configurations are also used to assist in generating the worst-case electrical specification limits at worst-case environmental use.

  • Interoperability Testing

    Underwriters Laboratories Inc.

Leverage our expertise to validate that your product not only works as expected with all other relevant devices but also conforms to all appropriate standards and technology platforms. We do this by testing products in real-world scenarios. We are an approved testing laboratory for many IoT and wireless standards bodies, such as Bluetooth SIG, Thread Group, Wireless and Zigbee Alliance, and are actively engaged with key players in 5G. We test interoperability across many industries including appliances, building systems, consumer electronics and vehicles.

  • UL Testing

    National Technical Systems

UL’s testing services are organized into sections that evaluate specific types of products. To establish recognition, manufacturers are requested to submit samples for assessment in accordance with specific UL standards. NTS performs the applicable evaluation and testing of these samples and then assembles the data packet for UL review. Upon compliant results, UL then evaluates the test data and makes the final determination as to whether a product is eligible for recognition. Upon test data review and acceptance by UL, Notification of Authorization (NofA) is issued to the manufacturer to apply the UL certification mark to their products.

  • Integration testing

    TestingXperts

Integration testing primarily focuses on verifying data communication among different modules of the software project. Integration tests determine the effectiveness and performance of different software modules when they are connected to each other.

  • IEC Testing

International Electrotechnical Commission - F-Squared Laboratories

F2 Labs can assist you in testing your electrical products to the applicable IEC standards. The IEC is the world’s leading organization for the preparation and publication of International Standards for all electrical, electronic and related technologies.

  • Qualification Testing

    ATA Engineering, Inc.

Qualification, functional, and operational testing are important steps in evaluating how well spacecraft, launch vehicles, and other mechanical/electrical systems perform under severe loading conditions that occur during launch and operation.

  • HARDNESS TESTING

    Curtiss Wright IMR Test Labs

Hardness testing is a basic test used to verify raw materials or as a quick check for materials that fail or aren't performing as expected. Hardness tests quantify the resistance of a material to plastic deformation and is available as microindentation or macroindentation.

  • FTP Testing

    TestingWhiz

TestingWhiz supports both File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Secure Transfer Protocol (SFTP) testing. The application linked to an FTP server checks whether the data or actions performed by the user are reflected on the FTP server.

  • EMC Testing

    CKC Laboratories, Inc.

EMI is emitted radiation and its effects – a phenomenon. EMC is a device’s ability to limit the levels of unintentionally emitted EMI (that can harm other devices) and also a device’s ability to operate normally when subjected to EMI. Therefore, EMC testing seeks to ensure that a product possesses the characteristic of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): the ability to limit creation of EMI (Electromagnetic interference) and the ability to operate properly when subjected to EMI. Stated differently, EMC testing measures the level of EMI control found in a device, and therefore helps to ensure that unwanted effects are prevented.

  • Immersion Testing

    Keystone Compliance

Keystone Compliance offers immersion testing to depths exceeding 100 feet. Immersion test setups are often unique to the test article and require the use of specialized pressure vessels. With multiple pressure vessels available, Keystone Compliance is able to offer immersion testing of various-sized test articles to almost any depth. Keystone Compliance operates various pressure vessels and associated support equipment. Keystone equipment is capable of simulating depths beyond 100 feet. One of the immersion test tanks measures 16 feet tall and has a radius of three feet.

  • Pyroshock Testing

    Environment Associates Inc.

The purpose of Pyroshock (pyrotechnic shock) testing is to simulate the high-frequency, high-magnitude shock pulse experienced by an explosive event (such as an impact on a military tank or an explosive deployment charge). Pyroshock testing can expose failures in electronic components that are sensitive to high-frequency pyroshock energy. Common failures include: relay and crystal oscillator chatter, detachment of larger components from the circuit board, hard failures of small circuit components, and the dislodging of contaminants, which cause short circuits. Severe damage to crucial components used in space or in the military can produce critical results, such as loss of life, due to malfunction.
