Liquid Calibration Baths
Designed for calibration of temperature control devices that contain hazardous or corrosive fluids. Meets Class 1, Division 1 requirements for operation in a hazardous environment. CSZ explosion proof liquid calibration baths are designed to calibrate a large number of temperature sensors which contain a variety of different types of hazardous fluids. The sensors are typically calibrated in the same fluid used in the sensing element of the control devices per specification.

Vibration Test Chambers
Our vibration test chambers offer a variety of solutions for vibration testing. AV-Series and CV-Series vibration chambers offer rapid temperature change rates with combined temperature, humidity, and/or vibration environments. These chambers are designed for compatibility with your choice of electrodynamic or mechanical vibration systems. The Benchtop Vibration Table, ideal for vibration testing of small components or electronics and is designed for stand-alone testing or may be placed in an environmental chamber for combined temperature and vibration testing. Environmental Test Chambers
CSZ offers a large selection of environmental test chambers with quality construction and innovative technology, serving a variety of industries. Temperatures range as low as -84C (-120F) with high temperatures to +350C (+662F) and humidity ranges from 10% to 98% RH. Test chamber sizes range from small benchtop chambers for testing small components to full walk-in/drive-in rooms large enough to accommodate a semi-truck and trailer or larger.

Process Gas Condenser/Chiller
Process gas chillers are designed to condense vapors out of a process gas stream so it may be collected and properly disposed.This chiller condenses Styrene (a gas that is regulated by the E.P.A.) out of a process gas stream. The chiller operated continuously at a -25C (-13F) outlet air temperature as long as the process gas stream was flowing.

Battery Testing Chambers
We supply a variety of test chambers for testing small battery cells to large lithium ion battery packs. Battery test chambers are supplied to a variety of industries including telecommunications, computer and automotive. With the goal of reducing automobile emissions and the development of electric vehicles, the need for lithium ion battery testing is even more critical. Our proven experience provides the most cost-effective solutions. Each test chamber is built according to specific test requirements and may be interfaced with battery cyclers, control & monitoring data acquisitions systems and other test equipment for a complete integrated test solution. All environmental chambers are designed with safety in mind. A variety of safety features are provided for reliability and abuse testing of batteries. These features may be incorporated into CSZ test chambers and tailored to the various hazard levels of EUCAR (European Council for Automotive R&D), a consortium of European car manufacturers. To better assess the hazard potential of tests, EUCAR has investigated hazardous situations and divided them into eight risk classes. The development of the safety equipment of our battery test systems is also based on this classification. For each hazard level, we recommend specific safety options that can be included with your chamber to meet your specifications to safety test your product. Together with our customers, we assess which safety devices are necessary for the respective test chambers.

Fuel Tank Chamber
CSZ's fuel tank test chamber is designed to test the quality and reliability of automotive fuel tanks. Fuel tanks are temperature conditioned to -40C (-40F) along with a glycol mixture that is also chilled to -40C (-40F). The fuel tanks are filled with the glycol fluid and placed into the -40C (-40F) chamber. Tanks are soaked in the chamber for a predetermined length of time, removed from the chamber, raised to a specific height, and then dropped.

Liquid Thermal Shock Baths
TSB Series
CSZ's Liquid thermal shock chambers consist of separately controlled hot and cold baths. Product is submersed in fluid and thermally stressed between the hot and cold baths, resulting in immediate product temperature changes. CSZ uses perfluorinated fluid that does not coat the product or conduct electricity for use in both the hot and cold baths to eliminate cross contamination and reduce evaporation losses.
