By combination of standardised electronic platforms out of a modular structure, we generate a large portfolio of electronic-load series, perfectly adapted in power, function, performance and cost to the numerous applications in industrial environment and R&D. EA programmable electronic loads are available in conventional technology (heat dissipating) and as “regenerative” loads. The latter allows, specifically under long-term testing condition (e.g. battery discharging) a full amortisation of its invested value by its energy-saving capability, similar as with Photovoltaic installations.

System Integration
More and more customers want integrated systems in which the devices are supplemented with additional components and delivered turnkey. ET System electronic offers all services for this system integration from a single source. The sources and electronic loads are fully wired according to customer requirements, installed in 19 "cabinets and equipped with special features. For example, sources and loads can be combined with one another and supplemented with special interfaces or emergency stop functions. The integration of insulation monitors, interlock functions and the installation of industrial PCs is also possible, as is the installation of special safeguards, for example if each channel is to be safeguarded separately in multi-channel devices.The respective configuration can be based on any machine guidelines and standards, and the systems can be integrated into any existing environment with additional connections. On request, space and connection options for additional devices can be provided in the 19 “cabinets so that customers can easily integrate their own components.

Load Cell Transmitter
MODEL SST-HV
The SST-HV is a Plug & Play Smart TEDS IEEE 1451.4 compliant Transmitter. Just plug in a TEDS compatible Load Cell or Torque Sensor and the SST-HV will automatically self-calibrate. When used with a non-TEDS Load Cell or Torque Sensor, the SST-LV Transmitter is easily programmed using a PC with an RS232 port and Instrument Setup (IS) software, which provides a graphical user interface. The SST-HV may be powered from 95-240 Vac ±10%. The SST-HV has an Isolated transducer excitation output that is selectable between 5Vdc or 10Vdc. There are Dual solid state relays and an Isolated 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V analog output. There are three Isolated serial data transmitter output ( RS232 , Half-duplex RS485, full-duplex RS485 ) and three serial protocols that are software selectable (Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII and Custom ASCII). Isolation to 250V rms is provided for power, signal input, analog output, relay outputs, and communications. Isolation adds safety and avoids possible ground loops. The transducer excitation output is isolated to 50V from signal ground.

2530 Series load cells with capacities of 5 N to 100 N are for use with 3300 and 5900 testing systems. 2530 Series Load cells with capacities of 500 N to 100 kN are for use with 3300 testing systems. The design, manufacture, and performance verification is conducted with materials testing applications in mind. Automatic transducer recognition and electrical calibration makes them easy to use. The load cells incorporate overload protection and can withstand loads up to 150% of their force capacity without damage and 300% without mechanical failure. The load cells allow the user to zero out the tare weight of a grip or fixture that weighs up to 10% or 40% of the force capacity, depending on the model, while still maintaining the full specified accuracy.
