199SM / 198EM Magnet Wheels -
Electro-Sensors, Inc.
Magnet wheels work with Electro-Sensors Hall Effect shaft speed sensors providing 120 alternating magnetic poles around the circumference of the 3.75" diameter. The 199SM models mount around shafts up to 3" in diameter and are secured with set screws (provided). The 198EM mounts on the end of a shaft with a 10-32 UNF screw (provided - requires center drilling and tapping the shaft).• Use with 906, 906B, 1101 and other Hall Effect, non-metallic-end-capped shaft speed sensors (consult factory)

ACS723 -
SparkFun Electronics
The SparkFun Current Sensor Breakout is a high accuracy board that utilizes the ACS723 for moderate AC and DC current sensing applications. The ACS723 sensor uses a Hall effect sensor to output a voltage relative to the current flowing through the IP+ and IP- pins on the board. The advantage of using a Hall effect sensor, specifically, is that the circuit being sensed and the circuit reading the sensor are electrically isolated meaning that, although your Arduino is running on 5V, the sensed circuit can be operating at higher DC or AC voltages!

McLAREN Applied Technologies
DHE (Differential Hall Effect) sensors give an output when subjected to a changing magnetic field. The field is set up by a magnet inside the sensor body and changes when ferromagnetic teeth are passed beneath the sensor (no magnets are required in the target). To improve noise resistance, the sensor has two Hall effect elements and only responds to changes in magnetic field strength corresponding to tooth passing frequencies above 15Hz. As each tooth passes the sensor, the digital state of the output changes.

ACS723 (Low Current) -
SparkFun Electronics
The low current version of the SparkFun Current Sensor Breakout is a high accuracy board that utilizes the ACS723 for low to moderate AC and DC current sensing applications.

MP-981/AP-981 -
Ono Sokki
The MP-981 is a magneto-type detector using a hall element which is suitable for revolution (r/min) measurement from low speed to high speed.Magneto-type detectors use an internal hall element, a permanent magnet, DC amplifier, and voltage regulator and respond to flux, so that a rectangular wave form is derivable from much lower speed all the way though high speed. In addition, a signal indicator is provided in spite of the detector's compact design, making verification of operation and mounting position possible.Meanwhile, the AP-981 is the water and acid proof type, which conforms to Class ' of JIS C0920.
