Typhoon Inferno -
Qualmark Corporation
Qualmark's Inferno is a HALT system specifically configured for testing the durability of instrumentation, tools and electronics that will face harsh environments - such as oil and gas exploration. The Inferno can deliver a combination of +250C to -100C temperatures, over 60 gRMS , multi-axis, with 6 degrees of freedom vibration in a matter of minutes. Exposing products to such extremes rapidly reveals design and manufacturing flaws missed by traditional reliability testing methods dramatically reducing the time line for new product introduction and substantially extending product design margins.

ACMAS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
HALT and HASS chambers from WEIBER provide extreme temperature & vibration capabilities used during the product design and manufacturing cycles to compress the time normally required to identify design and process weaknesses. HALT techniques are important in uncovering many of the weak links inherent to the design and fabrication process of a new product. HASS techniques are incorporated during the production phase to find manufacturing process defects that could cause product failures in the field.

Typhoon 2.5 Plus -
Qualmark Corporation
Qualmark's NEW Typhoon 2.5 Plus is a popular chamber with a 30"x 30" vibration table. This table size is good for Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) applications and many Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) applications. The table can be mounted in an upper or lower position, to suit different product and ergonomic requirements.
-
Typhoon 4.0 PLUS -
Qualmark Corporation
This system is designed specifically for the task of performing Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) and HALT on large products. With the Lowest Total Cost of Ownership within the AST industry, the 48" x 48" vibration table is capable of supporting hundreds of pounds of products and fixturing, and delivers more energy in the lower frequency ranges necessary to stimulate failures in these large products.

HawQ -
Qualmark Corporation
Thousands of companies embrace Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) to rapidly improve the reliability of their electronic product designs. Conducting HALTs early in the product development process are most beneficial, as reliability can most easily be improved early in the development process. Qualmark's new Portable HALT System is a cost effective, portable solution that is available for purchase or lease to utilize in, or near, product development groups. Qualmark's Portable HALT System provides an easy to use solution with Ethernet/WiFi options to allow for remote monitoring by development teams. This entry-level HALT System features a quiet, vibration-isolated, and easy to use system for virtually all development teams, University, R&D, and Reliability Labs

Aero Nav Laboratories, Inc.
HALT consists of high and low temperature and 3 axis vibration testing performed either individually or in combination.Highly accelerated life testing is performed to identify design weaknesses and problems prior to production. HALT subjects equipment to overstress conditions at a level which does affect life, but offers an advantage by reducing the design and development phases of a program.

Eurofins E&E
Quickly validate reliability and identify manufacturing defects that could cause product failures in the field with MET’s Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT)HALT technique uses a combination of accelerated stresses to expose product flaws early in the design and manufacturing stages, which improves product reliability and customer confidence inherent to the design and fabrication process of a new product as well as during the production phase to find manufacturing defects that could cause product failures in the field.

Reltech Limited
HALT is a process used on electronic assemblies and modules to determine weaknesses and the stress limits of a product by temperature cycling and omni-axial random vibration step stress. Inherent weaknesses in a products design and build are stimulated by applying increasing levels of mechanical stress. Within an accelerated timescale, faults in a product can be realised prior to product release and preventing failures occurring during after-sale user operation, very often during the warranty period.

Integrated Test + Measurement
The Hopper Ash Level Thermocouple (HALT) System is a preventative maintenance and safety tool that continually monitors the levels of ash within a hopper. As the hopper plugs and the ash levels increase, the thermocouples will become insulated from the boiler heat by the ash. Low temperature readings trigger visual and digital alarms which indicate that the hopper has plugged.
