The 40-675 series of very high density low cost multiplexer modules are available in a versatile range of switching configurations. The modules are supplied pre-configured in one of six multiplexer modes suitable for signal routing in high channel count ATE and data acquisition systems. The modules use high quality electromechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 1A at 150VDC/100VAC. Connections are made via a front panel 200-pin connector.

The TAS7500TS is a Terahertz (THz) analysis system consisting of an optical fiber laser module and a data acquisition module, which are core parts of our terahertz spectroscopy system (TAS7500SP). Users complete the THz measurement system setup by simply connecting one of Advantest's THz source modules (TAS1110/TAS1130) and a detector module (TAS1230; sources and detectors sold separately). Flexible source selection and source/detector placement allows the user to generate customized experimental configurations.

The PCI_LVDS_8R has 8 channels of LVDS input. The channels are grouped two per Filter Xilinx. The input data is filtered, then written to the Input FIFO. There is one Input FIFO per LVDS channel. 1K x 32. One Latch Xilinx handles 4 LVDS channels. The data is read from the Input FIFO by the Latch Xilinx and either written to the SDRAM or the Output FIFO.

The 7402e low profile PCI Express serial interface provides four serial ports, each individually field-configurable for RS-422 or RS-485 communications. The board uses a 16C954 UART with 128-byte Tx/Rx FIFOs that enables data rates to 921.6K bps for reliable high-speed communications in data intensive applications. This high-performance UART includes 9-bit framing support and is register compatible with legacy 16550 software applications. In addition, the board derives a 62.5 MHz clock from the PCI Express link.
