The FMC431 is a dual 1 Gigabit Ethernet FPGA Mezzanine Card with two RJ45 connectors available on the front panel. Compliant with the VITA 57.1 standard the FMC431 offers a High Pin Count connector but is compatible with FPGA carrier cards with Low Pin Count connectors. The Ethernet interface (1000BASE-T) is either implemented using RGMII (Low Pin Count compatible) or SGMII (High Pin Count compatible). The FMC431 also offers the option to stack an additional FMC over it. ITS-6200
The ITS-6200 is a versatile 10 MHz laboratory frequency reference useful for synchronizing test instruments to a common standard. Eight outputs are provided, each which can be configured independently as sinewave or logic level square-wave signals. Additionally, CMOS logic levels can be set for 5V, 3.3V, or 2.5V logic family compatibility. A 10 MHz reference input is provided to phase lock the ITS-6200 to an external reference, such as a GPS or Rubidium standard, or cascade multiple ITS-6200 units for additional outputs. The low phase noise and high stability OCXO within the ITS-6200 is suitable for the most demanding applications, whether free-running or phase locked. The compact size and low power consumption makes the instrument highly portable and suitable for AC-powered operation in the lab or battery operation in mobile or field applications.

Real-Time Ethernet Master/Slave Network
EtherCAT
EtherCAT is an open real-time Ethernet Master/Slave network developed by Beckhoff. Today, it is an open standard, managed by the EtherCAT technology group. EtherCAT sets new limits for real-time performance since it processes 1000 distributed I/O in 30 µs or 100 axis in 100 µs using twisted pair or fiber optic cable. Regarding topology, EtherCAT supports a simple low cost line structure, a tree structure, daisy chaining or drop lines - no expensive infrastructure components are required. Alternatively the classic more expensive switched star topology can be used.
