Sample Injection System
ASXPRESS Plus
A sample introduction system such as the ASXpress® Plus from Teledyne LABS reduces the time required for autosampler movement, sample uptake, stabilization, and rinse operations, thereby reducing sample run times significantly. The result: more sample throughput in less time. The accessory’s design allows multiple functions to occur simultaneously. A highspeed vacuum pump loads the sample and flushes the sample uptake path substantially faster than a conventional peristaltic pump.When coupled to a compatible autosampler, the ASXPRESS Plus Rapid Sample Introduction Accessory minimizes times for sample delivery, stabilization, and washout with ICP-AES or ICP-MS. The result is increased sample throughput by up to 5 times or more. In addition, the ASXPRESS PLUS reduces costs from argon, power, ICP-AES / ICP-MS components, and system maintenance.

VSAT Interception System
VSAT
VSAT Monitoring system is a state-of-the-art Automated Passive VSAT Interception capability designed to meet the aspirations of our customers, to enable them to intercept and process various VSAT networks and their terminals in an interactive and automated manner. The system is conceptualized in such a manner that it can be used for both searchings for new VSAT networks as well as monitoring the content of target VSAT networks, with real-time decoding/decryption and reconstruction of Intercepted traffic. The Satellite Carrier Reconnaissance and Analysis System module come pre-integrated with the VSAT Interception system, to provide the capability to search for new VSAT networks on the selected satellite and offers a snapshot of the captured carriers and its payload. The Analysis tool can provide payload information, based on which the selected carrier can be chosen for the interception.

Dual-Pump Continuous Flow Systems
Teledyne LABS SyriXus continuous-flow systems couple two pump modules to a single controller, and use an active or passive valve manifold to provide non-stop, continuous feed of almost any fluid. The controller refills one pump while the other is delivering, using special algorithms to equalize pressure and flow of both pumps. This allows virtually pulseless transition at pump switchover while maintaining accurate flow rate.Two different valve packages are available to accommodate all types of fluids and specific requirements of your experiment or process.

AOI Handlings System
The AOI handling system is a compact facility with various test units. Via an ionization cleaning station the ceramics are transferred to the contacting station. There, the resistance values of the substrates are tested with a rigid needle adapter. Afterward, the ceramics are further conveyed to the three (optionally four) AOI test stations (for automatic optical inspection) and are tested for cracks, unevenness, faulty imprints, contamination, etc. The poorly evaluated ceramics arrive at a review station where the operator can assess and evaluate the errors on the monitor. If the operator is uncertain about a fault, the ceramic in question can be positioned under the microscope position and inspected by eye. Poorly defined ceramics are marked accordingly with an ink pen.

The system records the amount of material shipped from each hopper, and the total weight of the material in the trolley is also displayed.
