The 40-662 range of 16 Amp PXI power multiplexer modules is available in seven configurations ranging from 4-off 2:1multiplexers to 1-off 16:1 multiplexer. Power multiplexer modules are intended for switching heavy AC or DC loads or for the slave switching of large external relays, contactors and solenoids. All versions are suitable for switching loads up to 16 Amp at 250VAC. It is ideal for 75Ω monitoring applications that require a multiplexer to select one channel to be routed to measuring equipment. The automatic connection of unused channels into 75Ω terminations helps maintain signal integrity and minimizes the possibility of introducing unwanted responses. The common connection is also automatically terminated into 75 Ohm when unused.
