This group of accelerometers is made up of the 3000 and 5000 Series. The 3000 Series are standard size units, including many with all welded construction, that are hermetically sealed for use in dirty and humid environments. The 5000 Series are smaller and lighter in weight than standard units. Characteristics are almost identical except that with miniature units higher natural frequencies and shock levels can be obtained due to their inherently reduced mass. Sensitivities, however are somewhat lower. High Temperature models are available that operate to +500°F. For best performance use with the Columbia Model 4601 Charge Amplifier or Model 5810 Inline Charge Converter.

Inside the inclination sensors is a dielectric fluid, which - like a spirit level - aligns horizontally by gravity, without gravitational acceleration errors. The measurements are independent of gravitational fluctuations and therefore reproducible at every location. By detecting the differential capacitance, the inclination angle is calculated. With this technology, measurement is possible up to 360°. Accuracies of <0.1 % can be achieved with this. They are also available for redundant and multi-axis applications and with flameproof enclosures. WIKA inclination sensors offer high ingress protection, are suitable for harsh environments and can be used in temperature ranges from -40 °C up to 80 °C.

Low Noise Pre-Amplifier and companion external low noise amplifier (LNA) are used to amplify low level microwave signals. The Pre-Amplifier contains an AC/DC power supply, internal low noise amplifier, and a bias tee to source a DC bias voltage on the RF input connector.To overcome cable loss between the test antenna and the Pre-Amplifier assembly, a remote low noise amplifier (LNA) is mounted directly onto the 10 GHz antenna. A bias tee inside the Pre-Amplifier chassis powers the remote LNA through the coax cable interconnecting the pre-amplifier and the 10 GHz test antenna.
