The 34980A Multiplexer switches can be used to connect one of many different points to a single point. You can connect to an external instrument or switch multiple analog signals to the 34980A internal DMM. Multiple multiplexers can be connected together via the 4 analog buses to create an even larger multiplexer. The break-before-make feature also ensures that no two signals are connected to each other during a scan. All multiplexer modules also include a relay switch counter to help predict when relays need to be replaced.

The 40-228 provides 32 channels of digital input and 32 channels of digital output, together with switched +12V, +5V, +3.3V and -12V supply outputs derived from the PXI backplane. The module is available fitted with a DC-DC converter (40-228-001) which provides an additional -5V supply ouput. Alternatively the module can be supplied with an industry standard footprint for a DC-DC converter (40-228-002) allowing the user to fit one of their own specification if required. The 40-228 includes a breadboard area that allows users to add their own circuitry to the module.

The 40-780B-553 (PXI) and 42-780B-553 (PXIe) are triple failsafe SPDT 50 GHz unterminated microwave relay modules. Pressure switches are built for industrial gas and compatible low-viscosity fluid applications. These pressure-operated switches are ideal for uses demanding a rugged, robust design. Environmental protection is provided by a high-grade IP67 (NEMA 6) enclosure, and the internal design provides excellent resistance to shock and vibration. Both the KAS and KPS Series feature SPDT switches with a DC contact rating of 125V, 12W. The KAS Series pressure switch has an AC contact rating of 250V, 0.1A inductive load. The KPS Series pressure switch has an AC contact rating of 440V, 6A inductive load and 440V, 10A resistive load. The ENERGY SAVING static converter serves to generate a controlled squarewave single-phase alternate voltage (low frequency: 25 ÷ 125Hz) for industrial applications requiring high load power supplied by an external matching transformer. The power supply, sectioned by remote control switch and external fuses, is fed by a three-phase electric line via uncontrolled diode bridge and filtered by inductor and capacitor battery. The DC voltage thus obtained is converted into single-phase alternating voltage via “H”-shape bridge of semiconductors in order to control impressed frequency single-phase transformers.
