Conduction Cooled VPX Interface Board with PCI Express Host Interface
EXC-8000ccVPX
The EXC-8000ccVPX is part of the 8000 family of multiprotocol carrier boards. This conduction cooled VPX interface board has a PCI Express host interface and can support up to four independent removable modules and 10 on-board Discrete channels. Each removable module can be any of the 8000 family modules.The EXC-8000ccVPX supports Direct Memory Access (DMA), which enables the board to access system memory for reading and writing independently of the computer’s CPU. This results in faster data transfer to and from the board, with much less CPU overhead than when not using DMA.The EXC-8000ccVPX is supplied with C drivers, including source code. Mating connector provided for I/O connection.

Verifier Computer Interface Report
VCIR
The Verifier Computer Interface Report (VCIR) is a Windows software package that allows for transferring inspection report from your Inspector series bar code verifier to a computer. Once transferred you can review the ISO/ANSI inspection results or view the scan reflectance profile for detailed troubleshooting. The inspection results can be saved by job for later retrieval or to append new inspection results to the existing job. As each job is saved an Excel spreadsheet (CSV file) is generated. You can customize which parameters should be saved in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet provides a simple report that will have a line for each bar code inspected.

The M8KDiscrete module provides a complete solution for developing and testing discrete voltage-level interfaces. The M8KDiscrete contains control I/O registers that are memory-mapped and may be accessed in real time. 1553 to Ethernet Converter

eNet is a small, rugged 1553 to Ethernet appliance/converter (~200 grams and about the size of a 4 stub coupler) and offers the same advanced BC, mRT and BM functions as our cards. Optimized for sensing up to 24V inputs, the 8004H PCI digital I/O interface provides 16 optically isolated inputs and 16 Reed relay outputs. The inputs protect the computer equipment from spikes and ground loop current that can be generated in industrial environments, while the outputs provide high quality, long-life, low-current (10 Watt maximum), dry contact switch closures. The relays are normally open, and close when energized.

When combined with a Field Test Kit and powered via inverter (commonly used on service trucks), the Field Test Interface will then power the Field Test Kit to create a single position, stand-alone, meter accuracy testing device for various socket based meters (both mechanical & solid-state). Power for the Field Test Interface can also be supplied by customer potential via TESCO Field Test Kit (no need for the inverter).
