FECVF1600
-
Frothingham Electronics Corporation
The VF1600 Test Station is a high current forward pulser designed to be used in conjunction with our FEC200E tester. This gives you all the versatility of the proven FEC200 with the addition of much higher forward current. The VF1600 station can produce a maximum current of 1600A at up to 5V using an 8.3 mS half sine waveform at the built in test station, and THETA and DVF tests at up to 500A at 10mS pulse width. It is derated for wider pulses. For rectangular VF pulses at 300us or 1ms, it can produce up to 2000A. The station can also test all of the usual FEC200 tests in the same test program.

Emulation Adapters
-
With some of the more advanced 32-bit microcontrollers and SoCs, the full program and data trace capabilities of the device are not made available on production silicon. Instead, semiconductor vendors provide special 'emulation devices'. These typically feature more pins than the production device, thereby providing the interface to the trace interface.

PMC Compatible SpaceWire Interface
PMC-SpaceWire
-
Utilize SpaceWire to communicate with the European Space Agency and NASA equipment utilizing the ECSS-E-50-12A specification. SpaceWire is configured using routers to create a heirarchical point-to-point system with high speed parallel paths. PMC SpaceWire implements SpaceWire in a convenient PMC format. With PMC you can install the adapter into PCI [PCIBPMC], cPCI [cPCI2PMC], or processor board pmc slots. The SpaceWire specification calls for LVDS signaling and a specific 9 pin micro-D connector. You can connect the PMC-SpaceWire to other SpaceWire compliant devices without electrical interface issues.

Adaptive Target Recognition System
-
Information System Technologies Inc.
ISTI’s adaptive target recognition, detection and classification system for sonar imagery can learn in-situ from expert operators’ feedback in order to yield better accuracy and flexibility in making decisions in new environmental and operating conditions. The developed system is based on the intuitive concept of image retrieval, where images submitted to the system are matched to learned images via a similarity measure. An information-based selective sampling measure chooses the new patterns to be used in the in-situ learning.
