4-CH 10/12-Bit 20 MS/s Simultaneous-Sampling Analog Input Cards
PCI-9812
ADLINK’s PCI-9812 and PCI-9810 are 4-CH, 10 or 12-bit, 20 MS/s simultaneous-sampling analog input cards. The high-speed analog input channels are single-ended, with hardware programmable input ranges of ±1 V, ±5 V and input impedances of 50 Ω, 1.25 k Ω and 15 M Ω. The onboard 32 k-sample A/D FIFO can buffer so data throughput is less than 100 Mbytes/s, the FIFO performs as the temporary A/D sample buffer, and as a rule of thumb, no data loss will occur. When four channels operate at 20 MS/s simultaneously, each sample generates two bytes, resulting in 160 Mbyes/s (4 channels * 20 M * 2 bytes) throughput, which exceeds the peak 132 Mbyte/s bandwidth of PCI bus. To avoid data loss, the 32 k-sample FIFO is the limitation of sample count. In addition to the onboard 40 MHz time base, users are able to supply the external time base in either sine wave or digital forms. The PCI-9810 and PCI-9812 also feature external digital trigger and programmable analog trigger, thus the conversion start point of multiple cards can be synchronized to external events. The trigger modes include software-trigger, pre-trigger, post-trigger, middle-trigger and delay trigger, further expands the capabilities of these high-speed devices. High Voltage Surge Current Monitors
HVSCM
Designed to be used with the Model HVST High Voltage Surge tester. The Surge Current Monitor allows simultaneously surge testing 20 units. The Surge Current Monitor monitors the current going through each unit under test at the time of the surge. If a unit under test breaks down or leaks, the Surge Current Monitor will identify the bad unit by lighting the corresponding LED. The most important features of the surge tester are its ability to test the entire winding insulation system. A high voltage surge generates turn to turn, coil to coil, and phase to phase voltage stress, as well as ground insulation stress. When used as a dielectric test, accurate voltage readings are essential. The HV Surge Tester monitors the voltage directly across the winding under test. In production testing we expect that most of the time the devices will pass. In the event that one should fail, the failed device would be removed and then all the parts would have ot undergo another surge test. Since most devices pass most of the time, simultaneous surge testing can be a real time saver.

Pyroshock Testing
The purpose of Pyroshock (pyrotechnic shock) testing is to simulate the high-frequency, high-magnitude shock pulse experienced by an explosive event (such as an impact on a military tank or an explosive deployment charge). Pyroshock testing can expose failures in electronic components that are sensitive to high-frequency pyroshock energy. Common failures include: relay and crystal oscillator chatter, detachment of larger components from the circuit board, hard failures of small circuit components, and the dislodging of contaminants, which cause short circuits. Severe damage to crucial components used in space or in the military can produce critical results, such as loss of life, due to malfunction.

LED Meter Probe allows the user to take Real time Phase Angle readings along with AC nominal voltage readings. A PD800W LED Meter Probe works in conjunction with the Receive Unit to verify phase identification along with the actual phase angle data. This is all done without any calculations or data transfer from the field to a base computer. The meter probe and reference probe or receive unit can operate at 100 feet of separation and up to 300 feet line of sight separation.
