Mini-Circuits’ RCDAT-30G-30 is a precision programmable attenuator covering an extremely wide bandwidth, from 0.1 to 30 GHz. Its unique design allows attenuation settings to be programmed from 0 to 30 dB, in 0.5 dB steps with monotonic attenuation change per dB, even at the highest frequencies and attenuation settings. The X Band coupler with dual output has an input power range of either -5 to +10 dBm, or +5 to +20 dBm. Covering 8.0 to 9.5 GHz, insertion loss is less than 1.0 dB and VSWR is 1.5:1. The coupler/detector has two external resistors providing independently settable threshold TTL outputs. The power flatness is ~0.4 dB and hysteresis is 0.1 dB.
