For communication and radar applications, SAGE Millimeter has released a new full W-Band power amplifier. Model SBP-7531142515-1010-E1 is a power amplifier with a typical small signal gain of 25 dB and a nominal output power of +15 dBm across the frequency range of 75 to 110 GHz. The DC power requirement for the amplifier is +15 VDC/190 mA. The mechanical configuration offers an in-line structure with WR-10 waveguides and UG-387/U-M flanges.
