Our waveguide detectors cover a broad frequency range of 26.5 GHz to 110 GHz and are available with waveguide sizes ranging from WR-28 to WR-10. The video output ports utilize SMA female connectors. These high performance zero-biased waveguide detectors exhibit excellent performance in Ka, Q, U, V, E and W frequency bands. These types of waveguide detectors are commonly used in various aerospace, defense and commercial wireless applications used in instrumentation, power detection, power monitoring, direct detection receivers, high frequency communications, radar, SATCOM, point-to-point radio, telecom, data links and R&D. The detector circuits use high performance GaAs Schottky Barrier Beam lead diodes with extremely low junction capacitance. These waveguide detector designs perform with minimal sensitivity variation resulting in a flat frequency response across the entire waveguide band. The LTC®2992 is a rail-to-rail system monitor that measures current, voltage, and power of two supplies. It features an operating range of 2.7V to 100V and includes a shunt regulator for supplies above 100V. The voltage measurement range of 0V to 100V is independent of the input supply. Two ADCs simultaneously measure each supply’s current. A third ADC monitors the input voltages and four auxiliary external voltages. Each supply’s current and power is added for total system consumption. Minimum and maximum values are stored and an overrange alert with programmable thresholds minimizes the need for software polling. Data is reported via a standard I2C interface. Shutdown mode reduces current consumption to 25μA typically.
