The DMC-500x0 EtherCAT Controller is Galil Motion Control's newest entry in its latest generation of digital motion controllers. Incorporating all of the features of our flagship Accelera series controller and designed with compatibility and flexibility in mind, the DMC-500x0 allows integration of remote EtherCAT drives into new and existing applications with just a handful of configuration commands. The DMC-500x0 is offered in 1 through 8 axis formats. Axes 1 - 4 can be configured as either local or EtherCAT drives while axes 5 – 8 can be configured for additional EtherCAT drives. Unique to the motion control industry, this ability to mix and match local and EtherCAT drives on the same controller provides increased flexibility for any application. In addition, the DMC-500x0 is fully compatible with Galil’s internal servo and stepper motor amplifiers as well as third party external drives.

Magtrol’s Cogging Test System is a stand-alone test system designed to control and measure Detent Torque, Cogging Torque and Friction Torque. The test System includes a precision geared motor, a TS Series Torque Sensor integrating a 5 000 pulses encoder. CTS 100 to CTS 102 have a built-in security clutches to avoid system overload by mishandling when not in use. The geared motor drives the MUT (Motor Under Test) at a low speed from 1 to 10 rpm (respectively 8 rpm for CTS 103 and CTS 104), while acquiring its cogging torque related to angle position.

Solenoids will press buttons and servos will turn selector switches. DC motors are used to adjust multiple turn potentiometers. Microphone will detect audio output tones. Top and bottom of circuit boards can also be probed if removable access panels are available. This unit will also probe all 6 sides of a circuit board. This is typically utilized in applications where connector testing is required.

Every individual SENresearch 4.0 spectroscopic ellipsometer is a customer-specific configuration of spectral range, options and field upgradable accessories. SENresearch 4.0 uses fast FTIR ellipsometry for the NIR up to 2,500 nm or 3,500 nm, respectively. It provides broadest spectral range with best S/N ratio and highest, selectable spectral resolution. Silicon films up to 200 µm thickness can be measured. The measurement speed of FTIR ellipsometry compares to diode array configurations, which are also selectable up to 1,700 nm. The new motorized Pyramid Goniometer features an angle range from 20 deg to 100 deg. Optical encoders ensure highest precision and long term stability of angle settings. Linear Stages
A new set of motorized tables developed by Klocke Nanotechnik allows high strokes at small volumes. The modules are driven by the Nanomotor®. Loads of up to two kg can be moved over centimeters of stroke with down to 2 nm resolution. Manipulation in many degrees of freedom is possible without backlash. The modules NMT xx-L are longer, but thin like a pencil. In most of the NMT-modules position measurement systems can be included without increasing the size. The resolution of the position sensor is better than 10 nm. All NMT modules can easily be fixed onto each other. Very small connectors allow the exchange of a module without removing cables. The NMT-Zxx are modules for vertical movement. They have an internal load compensation to lift up loads. Nanomotor-Grippers and force sensors that can easily be fixed on these modules are available.

The Peregrine Optical Delay Line (ODL) provides an exceptional combination of precision, speed, and optical stability at a low price.
