The latest and most capable LM6000 gas turbine exhaust gas temperature (EGT) probe from AMETEK offers the longest possible life. AMETEK is the original EGT probe supplier for CF6 aircraft engines. LM2500, LM5000, and LM6000 industrial gas turbines and now brings to market an EGT probe with new materials and a new design. The latest LM6000 T4.8 EGT thermocouple is OEM qualified and incorporates, many improvements over any previous products. Materials are carefully selected to ensure long product life and superior performance. Specifically, a new single crystal alloy for the probe support significantly improves high temperature mechanical strength. In addition, the thermocouple sheath material increases high temperature oxidation and creep resistance. Best of all, AMETEK's new T4.8 thermocouple is completely interchangeable so that it can be used on all LM6000 applications.

Motor Exhaust Gas Analyzer

MEXA-1300R is a motor exhaust gas analyzing system for two and four stroke engine assembly lines and has an integrated sample handling system for removal of oil and moisture. The measurement of CO, CO2, HC and O2 (optional) in exhaust gases is made simply by inserting the sample probe into the tail pipe. AFR and Lambda are also calculated from the exhaust gas concentrations.

MEXA-ONE-QL-NX
The MEXA-ONE-QL-NX is an analyzer for the direct, simultaneous real-time measurement of the four relevant nitrogen-containing exhaust gas components NO, NO2, N2O and NH3.The analyzer combines a light source based on the new quantum cascade technology (efficient lasers in the mid-infrared spectral region) with a precisely adjusted dual path cell to measure low concentrations with maximum sensitivity. The detection limit complies with current European legal requirements.Furthermore, the MEXA-ONE-QL-NX offers wide measuring ranges of up to 5000 ppm (for NO). By using extremely narrowband light sources and measuring under reduced pressure the cross-sensitivity to other exhaust gas components can be drastically minimized.The complete measuring system - including filtration - is specifically developed for the measurement of NH3 and thus guarantees a very fast NH3 rise time (T10-T90) of less than 5 seconds. The MEXA-ONE-QL-NX can be operated as a stand-alone analyzer or integrated into the MEXA-ONE software interface for user-friendly and simplified system operation.

Corrosion Test
