The DV-6 thermocouple vacuum gauge tube fully compensates for temperature and rate of temperature change.Thermocouple gauge tubes are calibrated on vacuum systems that contain N2 or Air, but can be used with other gases. Additionally, thermocouple gauges and their controllers can be recalibrated when a replacement thermocouple gauge tube is installed, following instructions in the manual.
