The Keysight N2142A is an extremely low-cost passive probe that provides a switchable 10:1 / 1:1 attenuation and up to 75 MHz bandwidth. It features a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (switchable to 1 MΩ) to address a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. The probe can be adjusted for both low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation. Probe Card Analyzers
PB1500
The PB1500 is a low cost probe card analyzer system. It has the capability to perform all the tests done on the larger PB3600/6500 probe card analyzers, but at a lower cost for low pincount cards. A maximum of 1,280 channels may be configured in the PB1500 MUX system. The Precision Measurement Unit (PMU) has the same accuracy, repeatability and range as the larger analyzers. The repair process consists of selecting a failing probe, which moves it under the binocular microscope and positions a crosshair over the correct position for that probe.

The Keysight 10719A One Axis Differential Interferometer makes either a differential linear or angular measurement for use in single and multiple axis applications. The linear measurement gauges the displacement between two objects, such as a stage and an optical column or inspection tool. The 10719A also measures either pitch or roll. An angle is measured when both reference and measurement beams measure to the same mirror. The 10721A provides high immunity to unwanted interferometer displacement, such as thermal expansion.
