Tektronix, Inc.
Passive voltage probes ship standard with most oscilloscopes and provide a low cost, general purpose probing solution. Generally, these probes lack the performance of an active voltage probe but provide the ruggedness and wide dynamic range suitable for visualizing signals over a broad range of applications. Tektronix has released a new class of passive probes that redefine performance in the passive probe product category.

Accessories primarily enable the connection between an industry standard logic analyzer footprint (D-Max, Mictor, P6860, etc) and an instrument probe. For example, a connection between a D-Max footprint and the digital channels of an MSO (Mixes Signal Oscilloscope). They can also enable the interconnect of a probe to a different industry standard footprint. Adding flying leads to a probe designed for a mictor footprint and a probe tester are also some of the accessories that are available.

N2893A -
Keysight Technologies
The Keysight N2893A is a 100 MHz bandwidth, active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe features flat bandwidth (DC-100MHz), low noise(<2.5 mA rms) and low circuit insertion loss. Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe. The probe is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an additional power supply.

PP066 -
Teledyne LeCroy
The PP066 is a high-bandwidth passive probe designed for the use with the WaveMaster™ and other high-bandwidth oscilloscopes that have 50 Ω input termination. This very low capacitance probe provides an excellent solution for higher frequency applications, especially the probing of transmission lines with 20–100 Ω impedance.

A high voltage single-ended probe is typically used for measuring ground referenced signals up to 40 kV. However, some single-ended probes are designed for oscilloscopes with isolated or floating inputs for measurements that are not ground referenced. Users should select probes with a low input capacitance specification (< 4 pF) to minimize the probe’s loading effect on the circuit because a probe with lower input capacitance will offer higher input impedance at higher frequencies.

DP150/DP200pro -
Powertek LLC
The DP differential isolation probes are an important accessory for any laboratory involved in power electronics and high voltage systems. These probes allow isolated and floating measurements with any oscilloscope or data recorder, whilst the oscilloscope can remain grounded. Using a DP150 or DP200pro probe, differential and floating measurements can be made on a variety of ac power systems like 230V/110V ac input power supplies, chopped and switching power supplies, thyristor controllers, variable speed motor drives (PWM signals), motor inrush current and measurement across current shunts. The isolated input is made via two 4mm/banana safety sockets. The BNC output allows easy connection to an oscilloscope. The DP probes can be powered from a 9V battery or external power supply.

Teledyne LeCroy
Probe adapters provide simple and easy interface of third-party probes as well as change between the different Teledyne LeCroy Oscilloscope input and cable types (ProBus, ProLink, K/2.92 mm, BNC and SMA). Depending on the adapters, changing between the Teledyne LeCroy Oscilloscope's input type may have an effect on the overall performance of the channel.
