This level of integration offers size and performance advantages in comparison to discrete module assemblies. With the addition of an external 90-degree IF hybrid module, these IQ mixers can be used as either a Single Sideband Up-converter Mixer or an Image Reject Down-converter Mixer. The benefit of image rejection and sideband suppression can reduce overall system cost and complexity by removing the need for pre-selection filtering. Among other things, solar array simulators are required for testing satellite power supplies. An SAS (Solar Array Simulator), consisting of an interconnection of several Solar Array Simulator modules, maps the solar panels and displays the individual strings connected in parallel. Optionally, the individual SAS modules are monitored by a Second Level Protection, so that the test object is not damaged in case of errors with the voltage sources. Additional circuitry is implemented via project-specific test modules. The result was the standalone up converter for the OSCAR PHASE 4 and a low noise down converter. The products were shown for the first time in 2017 and 2018 at Ham Radio in Friedrichshafen. Even then, the interest of our amateur radio customers was great. On 15.11.2018 it was finally time! The rocket that launched the satellite into space began punctually at 21:45 in Florida with numerous spectators on site and in a live stream. The LC-8120/8220 is the GPS-based speedometers which measure speed and distance of moving objects with high accuracy. Support for GLONASS satellite which is not supported in the conventional model (LC-8100A/8200A) to ensure stable measurement. Antenna for LC-8220 (LC-0721) is smaller and lighter than the conventional antenna for LC-8200A (LC-0086) and it enables easy operation. The new antenna (LC-0721) is able to attach to the conventional unit of LC-8200(A) for measurement. The linearity of acceleration and angular speed are improved by using the standard IMU (inertial measurement unit) together with the optional high accuracy IMU. Also, by adding the high response IMU analog output function (option), the analog output frequency of the IMU data can be increased from 100 Hz to 500 Hz. A wide range of optional functions such as white-line detecting function (LC-0856), jerk measurement function (LC-0871) and average deceleration speed calculation (function in the LC-0831) are available for various automotive tests.
