This Low Noise Triple Band Voltage Controlled Oscillator was designed to meet a specific customer requirement. The VCO cover the 3300 to 4700 MHz frequency range in three bands. The output power is +9 to +12 dBm with an integrated buffer amplifier to minimize load pulling. The three bands are selected using standard TTL control.

A series of broadband frequency multipliers is available with output frequencies between 18 and 110 GHz. The use of GaAs diodes on a suspended substrate circuit allows an extremely compact device. Circuit symmetry is used to enhance either even or odd harmonics while suppressing unwanted odd or even harmonics. These devices can be used as higher order even or odd harmonic multipliers with reduced efficiency. All of these multipliers have maximum input power +23 dBm for temperature less than +50°C.

Get a low-cost means to introduce a gas without thermal pre-cracking using Veeco’s low-temperature gas source for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems. The source features a large conductance tube for fast gas switching and a diffuser end plate for good growth uniformity. The specimen is placed in test chamber specimen which cannot be placed in high temperature chamber or low temperature chamber. High temperature chamber pre-heats the air and low temperature air chamber pre-cools the air. When doing the test of temperature changing from high to low, the low temperature chamber will blow the pre-cooled air to the test chamber. Then, the air in test chamber will reach your target temperature in several minutes (“recover time”). When doing the test of temperature changing from low to high, the high temperature chamber will blow the pre-heated air to the test chamber. Then the air in test chamber will reach your target temperature within the recover time.
